This waterfront family residence will be located on the southern part of Baibridge Island, an area many locals call the gold coast, just a few minutes walk away from the historic Lynwood Center. The goal was to create a clean, contemporary design with an emphasis on the connectivity between the inside and outside spaces. The southern side features floor to ceiling windows centered on the expansive waterfront views.
